Subject	not pin 115 ground issue some other wire?

Message	wait i just checked the red/black to O2's its showing -0.72 on the pass side and its showing -0.52 on the drivers side, and even crazyer its -0.27 for all the other sensors..looking at my wiring sheet i have this wire starts at the egr,let me explain, a brown wire comes from the ecu to the egr,then from the egr starts this red/black wire (the problem wire) it goes through o2s,cats,aiv, so on.. so on.. then ends up at a 10 fuse thats still good...sooo what should this wire read? please help me out any input will be help full
